Your mother left you a beautiful ornament and somewhat of a mystery.
I first looked at the font as it reminded me of White Christmas. Yes, the “T” is crossed differently and there is no dotting of the “I”. I then looked at the house as I thought it was similar to the Frankes’ Village Scene and Night Before Christmas, but your Silent Night trees are different. I moved on to comparing the trees to the Deer Scene but, nope. So I reverted to color which it is a Shiny Brite color. On page 48 of my new book, I dated White Christmas to 1955 which i think is a likely year for your Shiny Brite ornament.
