Carol, that’s a new one for me and intriguing. The choice of design sparked a feeling of children and toys. I looked at the dots on the horse and compared them to the dots on the clown in the 1950 Toy Scene, they look similar. Which I’ll hazard a guess meant the same artist designed both? You have a Corning bulb, decorated by Shiny Brite, and dating 1950-1960.
