Otto Kohler, working in a light bulb factory, was a friend of Max Eckardt. If not for Otto developing the process for decorating glass ornaments there likely wouldn’t be a Shiny Brite legacy.
B. Wilmsen Company was a pioneering firm in the business of holiday decorations. Beginning in 1890, B. Wilmsen received their first Christmas patent and the inventions continued well into the 1940s.
