At first blush, I thought a family member hand-painted this gem sent in by Karen. When she told me her dog broke the first two she owned, but she located a third, I surmised the George Franke Company might be the source of her joy. It is a Corning blown bulb and I think it was creatively decorated by Ruth Freeman or one of her fellow artists.
