Did these ornaments actually originally come in this box?

If the ornaments are not DG, who made these please?
Tracy, these are Corning blown in Wellsboro, PA, and decorated by George Franke Sons in Baltimore, MD.
Is the tinsel added or original? The Franke Company added tinsel back in during the late 1950s early 60s. I think the gold is original but I question the red being original.
